CHRISTMAS PARADE
The 2010 Allen Rotary Christmas Parade – “ An All American Christmas”, will be held Sunday, December 5th. The parade route will be the same as in previous years. We are expecting over a hundred entries with many of the favorites returning from last year including the Corvette Clubs entry. As always we are anticipating a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. This year’s Grand Marshall will be the Allen American Hockey Team. In their very successful 2009 -2010 inaugural season the Americans won the Southern Conference Championship and were within two wins of the leagues equivalent of the “Stanley Cup” champions.
