Christmas Parade

Every Year the Allen Sunrise Rotary Club and the Allen Noon Rotary Club, in conjunction with the Allen Chamber of Commerce, jointly organize and conduct the annual holiday parade. Hundreds of participants march down Main Street to the delight of the thousands who line the parade route. Floats of every style, size and description lineup, in their designated order, around Allen High School. At 2:00 PM, with the Rotary Banner leading the way, and to the inspiring sound of the Allen High School Band, the Band, the Escadrille, Police cars, Fire trucks, Motorcycles, Model-A Fords, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Indian Princesses, Red Hatters, goats, sheep and horses surge forward and the parade begins. After the parade, the judges award trophies to the most outstanding entries in eleven different categories.

The Rotary Club of Allen Sunrise would like to thank the Allen Chamber, the Judges, the Police, Fire, Sanitation, School and City Officials, as well as all the participants and on-lookers, for helping us make this contribution to our community possible.
